How to Report Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., links to original work or description).
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL(s) where the material is located on our site.
• Your contact details: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe this was by mistake or that you have the rights to use the material, you may submit a Counter-Notification to our agent. This must include your signature, identification of the removed content, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
